6 April 2020 – Latest Newsletter #31 (Buchan bushfires 2019) now available

The April 2020 Rimstone News newsletter focuses on the bushfires that swept through the Buchan valley in late December 2019, and the resulting impact on the town and the surrounding countryside. This includes the destruction in the Buchan Caves Reserve, the damage in the Potholes Reserve, and to our Scrubby Creek Station property. This news includes several fire-related photos and links to more than 100 photos in five  Facebook Photo Albums.

28 Oct 2019 – Latest Newsletter #30 (Shades of Death open day) now available

The special, 8-page edition newsletter with lots of information and history about the Shades of Death cave (M-3), and the acquisition by Rimstone Co-op in the lead up to the Community Open Day, official launch and BBQ on Saturday 2nd November. Printed colour editions of the newsletter were handed out to many of the 70 people at the official open day launch, including local MP Tim Bull and many members of the local community, some of whom had good stories to tell about their experiences with the cave many years ago.
